Is there a lift in the building? Are the apartments on one level or do they have stairs in the apartment? I ask as we have someone traveling with us who has mobility issues and many stairs can be challenging.

Hello: Yes, there is a lift in the building. Some apartments have stairs inside but other not. Also, some of the apartments have walki-in showers and anothers have bathtub. We have one apartmet adapteted for people with mobility issues

The apartment is super well located, especially when arriving by train. Nevertheless, even the airport isn’t that far away. The city centre is in walking distance.

Very good
Clean, comfortable, and spacious. Nice to have a kitchenette. Surprisingly quiet for being next to a very busy road.
Check in was difficult and not clear. Had to call the office. Bathroom light is on a motion sensor and would not turn off at night but turned off when in the shower.

Superb
Excellent location, right opposite Estacion del Arte metro and walking distance to the main art galleries and Atocha station, which you can use for transfer to the airport. The apartment was nice and surprisingly quiet considering location.
A corkscrew to open bottles of wine is needed in the kitchen!
